Good position.
The atmosphere is cozy. There is best bagel and coffee serving quick meals 5 mins walk from the hotel. Right next to 34th street and other sightseeing areas.

Room was a great value for money. The hotel is located walking distance to Madame Tussauds New York. Parking nearby was a bonus.

I liked the location, it's perfect. The subway, buses are very close and you can walk to most of the attractions in the city! The room is quite comfortable! There were 4 of us in a room with a double bed and there was no problem. The breakfast and cleaning staff were very friendly
The room had a smell of storage, once inside you get used to it, but when you go in it's annoying. Breakfast is the same every day, so if it's a long stay it's terribly boring.

It is very well located, just half a block from the subway, a couple of blocks from Penn Station; the rooms are a little bigger than the average in similar hotels; the internet is of good quality. The staff is friendly.
It is deteriorated; the room's carpet needs an urgent change; the breakfast is always the same, which is usual, but it lacks variety. The cleaning is not the best. The air conditioning sometimes doesn't work well

It was a bit of a mess. There was a bottle of medicine and a cream from another guest behind the bedside table. And some dust on the furniture.

The attention of the counselor is very disappointing, Hispanic staff who seem to have forgotten their language. Everything makes it difficult to repeat the accommodation in spite of its good location.

Ideal location, half a block away is the subway; roomier than average in Manhattan. Attentive and helpful staff. Breakfast is plentiful. The price is comfortable compared to other establishments in the area

I really liked the location, everything is super close, comfortable beds, has luggage storage, I was given my room earlier so I could use it from 1 pm and was located on the 15th floor where you can not hear the sounds of the street so it was perfect for rest.
They could put more variety in the breakfast and option to eat in the room.
